Here are a few photos of my '67 Chevy after installing the Early Classic 4" & 6" Drop and Disc Brake Conversion Kit.
I did all the work myself and your parts are the best I've ever used. They fit perfect and the truck looks and drives great.
I thank you and the other guys at Early Classic for the great pieces and the help in doing this conversion to my truck.
About the truck, It's a '67 Chevy originally a 6 cyl. with 3-speed on the column. Now the truck has small block Chevy power and a 700R4 overdrive transmission with 3.73 gears. I installed the 4" & 6" Early Classic Drop Kit and Disc Brake Conversion
Kit and the truck rolls on Wheel Vintiques Corvette Rally Wheels, 15x8 front & 15x10 rear with 245/60/15 front & 275/60/15 rear tires. The rest of the truck is original. I plan to continue with an interior upgrade and new paint in the near future.

Enclosed are some pictures of my truck. It is a '72 Chevy Long Bed. The truck original belonged to my wife's grandfather. Instead of selling the truck after his passing, my father-in-law offered the truck to me. He had one condition, that I restore the truck. With his help we restored the truck in four months. It was a frame up restoration. We opted for a solid updated color instead of the factory two tone. We put all new trim on the truck, and some old slot wheels that we had. The truck has a 350 engine that has been rebuilt. It is a stock engine for now. I drive the truck daily to work and enjoy every minute.
I would just like to say thank you to your staff for being helpful and courteous to me. This was my first restoration and sometimes I wasn't sure of the parts I needed and your staff answered every question I had for them. Thanks again.

I installed all new suspension components from front to rear. Included are Early Classic 2½-inch Drop Spindles, Front Sway Bar & Bushing, Rear 4" Drop Springs, Rear Track bar, Rear Shock Relocator Kit and Shocks, giving it a 2½-inch drop in the front and 4" drop at the rear. I am very pleased with the service and tech help I received from your staff. My baby now rides smooth.

Here a few facts about the truck. It has a 350 with a 700R4 trans, 2/4 Early Classic drop, 275/60/15's on the rear and 255/60/15's on the front, Early Classic hidden hitch and a shiny new paint job. The colors are the stock Dark Olive Green and white with the exception of gold pearl in the green.

New 502ci. 450 hp. Big Block crate engine, Dana Spicer 60 rearend 44 with 3:07 rear gears, TH400 transmission. Factory GMC interior, glass and all removed parts. We were able to save all the glass!
Purchased for $1,400 in July 1999.
In the past I have recommended this power brake unit from Classic Performance Products. I am not longer endorsing their products. We had to replace this unit with a dual diaphragm unit from Early Classic Enterprises.
We have also installed the 2 1/2" dropped spindles, 1" dropped springs & front disc brakes. The front of our burb is now all '72 Chevy 1/2 ton truck! ECE knows trucks and what works! Unlike other suppliers who sell car parts that just don't work on our trucks!
We located our Suburban in Petaluma, California. My wife and I stripped the truck to a carcass leaving only the drivetrain intact. The paint shop removed all paint, then proceeded to replace all the rusted panels and dent repair. When completed the truck was shot first with PPG Hot & Wild Custard, then with Lemon Ice. We then proceeded to reassemble the truck in time for the Truckin' Nationals & Tahoe Truckin' Fun Run. Our truck still runs it's factory drivetrain. It has been lowered 2 1/2". We altered the factory colors and upholstery to suit our taste. The final touch was tinting all back windows. The truck is a 6 passenger version, giving lots of room for the kids on long trips.
Just figured I should finally get around to sending in the pictures of my '70 GMC...
It's been about four years and thirty thousand miles (!) since my dad and I installed the 2.5" Drop Spindles with Disc Brake Conversion, and 4" Drop Leaves out back. That was back at the very beginning of my truck's restoration; the first order of business was to get it driving safely again, and discs up front, along with a fresh suspension, were a must.
The parts have all performed flawlessly; I have yet to even have to replace the front pads! Let alone the rest of the ball joints, tie rods, and the shocks...
Aside from all of the ECE-supplied suspension goodies, the truck has the original 350 bottom end (hopefully coming out this summer for a 383 or 406), Vortec heads, an Edelbrock Performer Vortec intake, Edelbrock #1901 carb, aftermarket HEI distributor, K&N open-element air cleaner, a 700R4 transmission with one-piece driveshaft, an Inyati sprayed-in bedliner, 1999 Suburban second-row bench seat, a Grant GT steering wheel with billet kit, Aiwa CDC-MP3 headunit with Infinity 652i speakers, and Custom Classic LED taillights. Of course, there's still some factory stuff in there...like air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, and the 3.73 rear.
I love this truck, and it simply wouldn't be all of the truck it is today without the stuff I got from ECE...rides great, handles great, goes great (not a bit of wheel hop or anything...15.7's at 86mph and getting faster) and, to top it all off, it still hauls! I've used the truck to help my dad move twice, and in a month or so, I'll be using it to move myself as well.
Here are some pictures of a 1966 Chevy Stepside street performance truck that should end up with a little show and go.
We have purchased Early Classic 2.5" Drop Spindles, 1.5" Drop Springs, KYB GR-2 Drop Shocks, 4" rear drop Springs, KYB GR-2 Drop Shocks on rear, Adjustable Panhard Bar, u-bolts, spring retainers and hardware. All polyurethane bushings front and rear including the control arms, suspension tie rods, ball joints, idler arm, and pitman arm are from Early Classic. The suspension is sweet.
