Automatic Transmission Crossmembers (Each) Designed to replace the factory automatic transmission crossmember for additional clearance or add a automatic to your factory manual transmission 63-72 GM truck. This crossmember is a direct replacement for a turbo 350 or 400, and will also work with a 700r4, 4l60, 4l80, and others. Allows pan removal without removing crossmember. Some drilling may be required. This crossmember works well with our Extreme Drop Crossmember so you can run the exhaust between the frame rails instead of hanging below . Also available with a black powdercoated finish.

Our Overdrive Automatic Transmission Conversion Kit allows you to increase your fuel economy and performance of your 1963-1972 GM pickup by installing a 700R4 or a 4L60 over drive transmission. You will gain deeper first gear starts for quicker acceleration and a 30% overdrive on top end for better fuel economy. This kit allows your transmission to perform properly without need for a computer. This kit comes complete with a new crossmember and mount, stainless shift linkage, adjustable vacuum switch, pressure switch, solenoid and all the necessary wiring and hardware to complete your conversion properly. You will gain deeper first gear starts for quicker acceleration and a 30 percent overdrive on top end for better fuel economy.
